Please be on the field with your gear on,
 ready to begin practice at the time shown above

Bring soccer ball, water and proper clothing

Arrive early enough to begin warm-ups 45 minutes before game time

Be dressed in proper uniform!
Wear gray practice t-shirt for warm-up at ALL games.
Jersey color will always be determined at the game.

If you can't make a game, call Eric 24 hours ahead of time!
